Using machines from Taiwan, Denmark, and South Korea, we test our audio output peripherals for frequency response curve and 500-hour salt spray.
All our operations are ISO 9001:2000-certified. We source materials and components from 120 long-term suppliers in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. Over 60 QC staff ensure a product qualification rate of 99.99% and compliance with CE standards.
Sixteen production lines are housed at our two factories. Monthly production capacity includes 1.5 million earplugs, earphones, and headphones, 2.8 million speakers, and 2 million connecting lines. Our R&D staff have experience working for Aiwa, Samsung, and LG. New product output is 12 new models every month.
